Kenny Chesney has reportedly plopped down a cool $9.2 million for a cozy 11,000 square foot second home in Nashville. Kenny’s new Music City crib is in the fashionable city of Franklin, which is just south of Nashville and home to lots of industry swells and celebrities.
Dubbed Bella Luce, which is Italian for “beautiful light,” the 11,143 square-foot estate rests on 30 acres of prime hilltop real estate and has five bedrooms, seven full baths and two additional half baths.

Nashville architect, Brad Norris, designed the tile-roofed Tuscan-styled villa, and among some of the other amenities are hand-carved doors, Venetian plaster walls and 150-year old brick and sculpted stone. Bella Luce also sports a Crestron home automation system. Crestron manufactures high-end audio/video control systems.
Additional Bella Luce Ameneties:
Not bad for a cozy little second home, eh? Kenny maintains his primary residence on the island of St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands. He has also owned property in Key West and Malibu. He’s still trying to move the Key West property, which has a current asking price of $5.7 million, down from $6.45 million. Just eight months after purchasing his Malibu home for $7.4 million, he sold it for $8.5 million.
