Kanye West ruined with Taylor Swift’s speech during her talk after winning the Video Music Association top female vocalist award Sunday for You Belong With Me. West later apologized for his actions on his blog. Swift seemed surprised to have won the award. West came on stage as Swift was talking, thanking the crowd for their support….
