Josh Turner: Taking a Stand

Josh Turner opens up about how he took control of his life and career, fatherhood and the legacy he wants to leave behind. Josh tells Country Weekly that he is proud of his progress and owes his work ethic to his family background. “[Mama and Daddy] inspired me and my siblings to chase our dreams and work hard for what we got,” he says. He also talks about the loneliness he felt when he first came to Nashville and the tough early days of his career. And the father of two reveals the legacy he wants to leave his young sons. “I just want them to know how important it is to do what’s right no matter what anyone around them is saying.”
