Kenny Chesney remained first for the week ending July 4 on the Billboard country song chart with Out Last Night, while “Hannah Montana: The Movie” was first on the album chart. Taylor Swift remained second on the album chart with “Fearless.” Zac Brown Band was up from five to three with “The Foundation.” Kenny Chesney was down one to fourth with “Greatest Hits II.” Rascal Flatts was fifth, down one, with “Unstoppable.” Hank Williams Jr. debuted in seventh with “127 Rose Avenue.”…
